User Groups

Every improvement is a change, but not every change is an improvement.

In order to ensure that AT-Learning is continuing to meet the needs of an ever changing service, we constantly produce updates. All users have the ability to inform us of requirements which they believe would make their daily tasks easier.

This feedback is formally documented and after discussions with the AT-Learning Technical Change Control Board, all requirements are prioritised and then go into development. We aim to weigh each requirement in terms of urgency of need, development schedule fit and ease of deployment. AT-Learning is “developed by democracy” all existing clients have a representation on an AT-Learning User Group. If you are an existing user and do not have details of the User Group please contact support@radcliffesolutions.co.uk

e-Learning

e-Learning
  • Finally e-Learning module has been launched on the tool. We have designed the e-Learning module around the needs of the NHS . In keeping with our participatory design ethos, our research and development team has spent considerable time working with key individuals to correctly identify the actual, rather than perceived.

We have also looked at current market offerings to ensure that AT-Learning stays ahead of the competition. We believe that we have a fundamentally compelling proposition that will be attractive to trusts.

Most e-Learning systems have a bolt on, lightweight LMS that is not fit for NHS purposes. We have intentionally focused on ensuring that we have a robust LMS that meets the needs of the NHS nationally, with NHS specific business processes and workflows. We are happy to work with trusts to extend our offering further to meet local needs.

In addition to the e-Learning functionality, we also offer a new range of e-Learning services. The “content repurposing” services are of most use to trusts looking to implement e-Learning quickly. Our content repurposing team takes existing (or helps developing new) content in a variety of media formats such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint or Flash and converts these into a format that works with AT-Learning. This content is then immediately available to the trust to access via AT-Learning. Our expert educational designers ensure your educational content allows future customisation, editing and adaptability. Our services are competitively priced to meet continuing NHS needs.

Trusts/Boards looking to develop new e-Learning courses should contact us to see how we can partner together to develop exciting new content. In particular we are interested in developing new content for statutory and mandatory training such as Fire Training, Induction, Health and Safety, etc.

For further information on how the e-Learning platform within AT-Learning will actually work for you, please see the e-Learning section within our FAQ section
